Refund and return policy

Hardware

Return unused hardware within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus the original shipping cost. The machine must be in the condition it arrived in, with the storage wiped of any data you added.

Defective units are repaired or replaced within the 90-day warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage, and damage from disassembly are not covered.

Apparel

Unworn apparel can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Printed-to-order items can be exchanged for a different size; return shipping is on us if the print or garment is defective.

Testing services

Engagement fees are billed against the scope document. Work performed before a cancellation is billed pro rata; the deposit covers scheduling and is refundable until the testing window begins.

Starting a return

Email shop@rootaxislabs.org with the order number and the reason. We reply with a return address and instructions within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of receipt.
